About The Position

This role is responsible for the daily execution of dispatching installations, collaborating with the regional support center to ensure appliance installations are completed from start to finish. The Install Dispatcher interacts daily with customers, builders, and the sales team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service, safety, and efficiency while upholding company values and fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 3 or more years of customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills; MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Executes the installation strategy with key tactics and plans, capability needs of the team, assets, and processes to deliver company goals, within timelines.
  • Maintains installation calendar daily.
  • Routes installation teams for maximum productivity.
  • Creates and closes all manifests daily, confirming all installs have been completed.
  • Confirms all tickets have dropped to the picking queue.
  • Manage picking queue by assigning tickets to be pulled.
  • Ensuring correct product is pulled for delivery.
  • Routes tickets in Innovo and communicates next day tickets with installation manager.
  • Maintains communication with installers/manager during the day.
  • Provides updates to RSS or salesperson as needed.
  • Upload notes and pictures onto sales orders – where Innovo is not utilized by third party installers.
  • Create and email delivery report from completed installations the day before to RSS and salesperson each morning.
  • If there are reschedules (redates) or returns, create the return and coordinate the redate/return using 2nd Will Call ship via and communicate with RSS.
  • Assists warehouse personnel – I.e. returns and open line.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
