About The Position

The INSPIRE Leadership Development Program is a full-time and paid opportunity, designed to provide recent graduates with a world-class foundation in leadership through meaningful experiences, mentorship, and opportunity to work across multiple departments within Fairmont Pacific Rim and other Accor hotels globally. The program spans from 12 to 18 months, and is an elite, intensive, and hands-on learning experience to help you develop the skills and knowledge to thrive as a leader within our organization. As an INSPIRE candidate, you will have the unique opportunity to choose between: (1) A cross-exposure structure, where you will be rotated between several departments across the property, then moving into a focus area of interest Or (2) Specialization to develop your expertise by gaining experience in departments with a specific focus. On your INSPIRE journey, you will have the opportunity to grow as a leader in a diverse and inclusive environment while taking on impactful projects and initiatives that align with Accor’s purpose, values, and beliefs. You will be paired with a senior leader in a designated department who will guide you through every stage of your journey, offering tailored advice, career development strategies, and property insights that will help you build a clear path to success. You will learn how to turn moments into special memories for your guests and colleagues, gain firsthand experience leading teams, managing projects and making key decisions that drive success within your property. You will be assigned a property project that allows you to showcase your creative and innovative ideas. We encourage you to challenge the status quo. You will have the opportunity to pitch innovative ideas to drive change and be the champion for innovation at your property. You will collaborate with your leaders, peers, and other INSPIRE candidates in your region to gain insight into different leadership styles and best practices. By the end of the INSPIRE program, you will be fully equipped to take on new challenges with AccorHotels. Many of our INSPIRE graduates were ready to step directly into supervisory and management positions, armed with skills, knowledge and confidence built during their INSPIRE program.
