About The Position

This position is responsible for evaluating the quality of the product while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Applicants must be able to work with others in order to adhere to Tyson's safety culture. If an applicant meets the minimum requirements for consideration they may be contacted for a visit to the facility. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

• Requires use of hand, arm, and legs to monitor the production process in the department for proper operation, produce quality and quantity, and performing line duties as required.
• Work inside facility, wet floors, cold work environment, cramped working quarters at times, utilize sanitizing agents in water, hand wash stations, foot wear cover sanitizing baths.
• Moving objects, electrical, and mechanical hazards.
• Basic reading and general safety.
• Must be able to communicate well with others and supervisors.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in an eviscerating environment
• Knowledge of poultry anatomy and conditions
