About The Position

Novolex is hiring an Inspector Packer at its Mountain, Pennsylvania location. The role involves inspecting products for quality, packing and identifying cases, meeting production requirements, and supporting a safe and clean work environment. The advertised shift runs Sunday through Thursday, 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Compensation is $20.22 per hour, with a $0.50 night-shift differential, paid weekly. Employees are eligible for annual and skill-based wage increases and a monthly plant-productivity bonus.

Requirements

• Ability to work a 12-hour shift.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to climb.
• Ability to ambulate independently.
• Ability to heed safety warnings, devices, and alarms.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and friendly work environment.
• Visually inspect products for quality compliance.
• Ensure customer requirements are met or exceeded.
• Make up and pack boxes with the correct products, ensuring products are not mixed.
• Meet daily production requirements.
• Properly identify each packed case.
• Assist with grinding scrap materials as required.
• Assist with training responsibilities as required.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
