About The Position

The Inspector (Floor Supervisor) inspects the work of Room Attendants and House Attendants responsible for cleaning and maintaining an assigned area of the hotel. The role monitors attendants’ daily progress, inspects completed rooms against hotel standards, coordinates work orders, and ensures supplies are available on guest floors. The Inspector communicates quality and coaching needs to management and releases checkout rooms for sale. The position is on call at Four Seasons Hotel Denver.

Responsibilities

Inspect work performed by Room Attendants and House Attendants in an assigned hotel area.
Communicate work quality to the supervisor and relay team members’ coaching needs to management.
Monitor each Room Attendant’s daily progress and communicate needs to management.
Inspect completed rooms to ensure standards are met, and bring employees back to correct deficiencies when standards are missed.
Coordinate work orders in the assigned section and follow up to ensure completion.
Release checkout rooms to be sold.
Ensure sufficient supplies are available on guest floors.
Check the cleanliness of guest corridors, stairwells, elevators, and linen closets.
Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
