This role plays a key part in ensuring technical documentation is accurate, controlled, and available to support production while helping maintain compliance with customer, company, and regulatory requirements. Requirements

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Experience maintaining records, documentation, databases, or administrative systems
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Access
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to work
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with quality, engineering, and operations teams

Nice To Haves

Experience in document control, records management, technical data administration, or office administration
Experience supporting audits, compliance activities, or regulated business processes
Background in manufacturing, aerospace, quality assurance, engineering, legal, healthcare, government, or other documentation-driven environments
Knowledge of ISO, AS9100, FAA, or other regulated quality management systems
Experience working with engineering teams and senior leadership
