The Inspection Manager shall oversee Sprinkler & Fire Alarm Inspectors for Johnson Controls. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day tasks of inspectors, recommending new hires and promotions, providing ongoing employee training, and participating in performance evaluations. The manager will ensure a thorough understanding and daily compliance with company policies, consistently reinforcing the message of being a "World Class Service Provider" and ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service. Effective performance measures will be assigned, and employees will be motivated to achieve and exceed objectives professionally, timely, and with quality. A positive, professional attitude is expected towards all customers, with active participation in resolving customer issues. Collaboration with Inspections Coordinators on scheduling and reviewing deficiency inspection reports is key. The role ensures delivery matches contractual obligations, prepares past-due projections, and is aware of weekly/monthly revenue/margin goals to maximize the productivity of assigned field personnel. Monthly meetings with customers and inspectors are required to ensure quality inspections and overall customer satisfaction. Additional duties may be assigned as required.
