Our team is growing, and we are looking for a skilled Fire Inspection Coordinator to join us in Kansas City. As a Fire Inspection Coordinator, you'll handle all client needs related to installation, service, scheduling, and order coordination. Your responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact for commercial clients, ensuring timely support and resolution, scheduling new installation jobs and coordinating with vendors as needed, handling incoming service calls, emails, and texts with professionalism, providing basic tech support (turning chimes on/off, silencing keypads, scheduling system reports), and coordinating and scheduling regular system inspections.
