In this mid-career role, you will independently lead small to mid-scale projects, guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring research aligns with business priorities. You’ll bring mastery of research fundamentals, from designing and executing studies to integrating diverse data sources, and apply innovative methods across brand positioning, creative testing, packaging optimization, and consumer behavior analysis. You’ll synthesize qualitative and quantitative research, syndicated data, cultural trends, and loyalty metrics into compelling stories that drive action across marketing, sales, commerce, and innovation. This role requires curiosity, agility, and the ability to anticipate stakeholder needs, delivering decision-ready recommendations that balance opportunity, risk, and commercial realities. Collaboration is key — you will embed insights into strategies, foster alignment among teams, and operate effectively within Agile environments. Your work will connect consumer and shopper behavior to revenue growth, ROI, and customer value, influencing strategies that shape Gallo’s diverse portfolio of wine, spirits, RTDs, and beer.
