About The Position

M&C Saatchi World Services US is seeking a dedicated Insights Manager. The Insights Manager will sit within the Insights team and support the delivery of M&C Saatchi World Services’ communications campaigns through research, monitoring, evaluation and learning. The role will work closely with programme management, strategy, analysis, monitoring and creative colleagues to inform campaign strategy, planning, delivery and client reporting. The role will design and implement qualitative, quantitative and digital assessment approaches to understand campaign performance, audience response and the effectiveness of communications activity. Responsibilities will include developing assessment frameworks and data-collection tools, analysing and triangulating datasets, and producing high-quality baseline, midline, endline and other research outputs. The Insights Manager will combine senior research delivery with partner and supplier liaison, support to programme teams, and supervision and quality assurance of contributions to research deliverables. The role may not always include formal line management but will involve providing guidance to colleagues and translating findings into timely, practical recommendations. The role requires strong technical literacy, confident use of research and analytical tools, and responsible, critical use of LLMs and other AI-enabled tools to support rather than replace expert judgement. The Insights Manager will be line managed by a Research Director, Senior Research Director or Associate Director and will report into the Head of Insights through the relevant line-management structure.
