About The Position

The Inside Team Member receives and processes telephone orders, enters customer orders into a computer, prepares products, and supports store operations. The role also includes stocking ingredients, taking inventory and completing related paperwork, cleaning equipment and facilities, greeting guests, handling cashier duties, and running Carside Delivery orders to customers. Team members are expected to work well with one another and with store management. The position is available part-time or full-time, with day and evening shifts. On-the-job paid training is provided. Pay is $9–$13 per hour. Benefits include a 50% meal discount, up to three weeks of paid vacation for employees averaging at least 35 hours per week, and health insurance benefits for employees averaging at least 30 hours per week. A waiting period may apply to benefits.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Basic math skills for making change on the spot.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Receive and process telephone orders.
Enter customer orders into a computer for processing.
Stock ingredients to and from storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facilities.
