About The Position
The Assistant Manager is responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost, inventory and cash controls, profitability, and customer relations. The role requires setting an example, following company policies and procedures, and expecting the same of the crew. Additional duties may include staffing, paperwork, food management, ensuring adherence to company standards, providing great customer service, maintaining attendance and punctuality, arranging transportation to and from work, maintaining store cleanliness, and local store marketing. The Assistant Manager must work well with team members and other store management.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Some supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities
- Oversee shift operations, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, profitability, and customer relations.
- Set a positive example and follow company policies and procedures while ensuring crew members do the same.
- Handle additional duties that may include staffing, paperwork, food management, adherence to company standards, customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to and from work, store cleanliness, and local store marketing.
- Work effectively with team members and other store management.
