Requirements

  • Proficiency in creating reports and analyzing data.

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary contact for assigned accounts, including builders, contractors, and loyal repeat clients.
  • Manage all communications, quotes, and project coordination.
  • Ensure proactive follow-up for a seamless customer experience.
  • Build strong relationships and guide clients through product selection, design decisions, and project expectations.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and sales orders, ensuring all measurements, specifications, and pricing meet company standards.
  • Track leads and opportunities in our systems to maintain an organized sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service, Template, Production, and Installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and confirm job site readiness.
  • Proactively resolve issues and maintain clear documentation for internal teams.
  • Deliver a high-quality experience that embodies VVG brand standards.
