The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct outreach calls to brokers who are contracted with Assumption Life. These calls are made using lists of newly contracted brokers, as well as brokers with average production, to help identify opportunities to grow their business with Assumption Life. The purpose of this role is to act as a link between brokers and our field sales team, ensuring that sales representatives focus their time on brokers with strong growth potential and that field visits are as effective as possible. This position also works closely with the Marketing team to ensure that new initiatives, campaigns, and resources are effectively communicated to the field. In addition, the incumbent provides support to brokers and the sales team in the adoption and use of new tools and resources.
