About The Position

The Sales Support / Lead Management Specialist partners closely with Territory Sales Representatives and Inside Sales Representatives to support fast, accurate, and solution-oriented customer engagement. This role is responsible for managing inbound leads, ensuring timely quote follow-up, supporting order facilitation, and maintaining a high level of customer responsiveness. The position plays a critical role in driving quote-to-order conversion, supporting revenue growth, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across the OBE family of brands.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, administration, or customer service
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Territory and Inside Sales Representatives to ensure rapid follow-up on quotes, pricing negotiations, and order facilitation through the appropriate manufacturing facility, supporting higher conversion rates and faster order entry.
  • Qualify new account requests and route opportunities promptly to the appropriate sales representative.
  • Manage inbound leads from the OBE hotline, ensuring timely response, accurate qualification, and proper assignment.
  • Oversee leads and related tasks generated from OBE.com inquiries, maintaining follow-through and accountability.
  • Provide interim customer support when assigned sales representatives are engaged with other customers, ensuring no delays in response or service.
  • Assist with material substitutions and back-order situations to maintain continuity of customer orders and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate relevant order and customer information to the expedite team to support on-time delivery and issue resolution.
  • Ensure customers are fully informed of the complete portfolio of offerings across OBE, US Aluminum, Coral, and CRL to support solution-based selling.
  • Support sales activities by coordinating samples, warranties, BABAA, LEED, and submittal packages.
  • Assist with outbound communications related to new product launches.
  • Support customer setup and onboarding for GlazierPro and VistaVision platforms.
