Requirements

  • Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Suite – Word/Excel/Powerpoint
  • Microsoft Outlook – Inbox Management
  • Minimum of two years of inside sales experience, order processing, payment deposits
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 10#
  • Sitting, standing and walking throughout the day

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in Salesforce a plus, or other CRM system

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential and existing clients in person, via phone, email and online platforms to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate on interiors projects, including client needs, conceptual and schematic design, design development, and management of budgets and schedules.
  • Resolve customer concerns regarding products and services to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Create detailed and accurate sales quotes detailing selected products, quantities, and pricing, presenting timely and professionally, with appropriately timed client follow-up.
  • Using Salesforce, maintain accurate records of all communications, quotes and client interactions.
  • Strive to achieve and exceed sales goals given by showroom.
  • Collaborate as a team to generate new clients and cultivate sales.
