The Inside Sales Specialist will support Account Managers with new business development activities, including customer follow-up and lead support. This role serves as a focal point for customer inquiries, ensuring requests are processed within established Sales Lead Time goals. The specialist will prepare, track, and follow up on customer quotes, maintain accurate Customer Master Data and pricing in SAP, and ensure timely CRM documentation. They will also act as a CRM process expert, collaborate with Sales and Operations to ensure customer specifications are aligned, and support continuous improvement efforts, monthly reporting, and data-driven initiatives.
