The Inside Sales Specialist is primarily responsible for driving sales growth of the Company's products and services within a specific geographical area. This role requires leveraging best-in-class industry and product knowledge to champion the Company’s value proposition within strategically aligned customer bases. The specialist will proactively engage with existing, new, and target customers to expand the Company's industry and sales footprint. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, processing customer orders, and processing quotes. The position involves consistently engaging with customers to establish and build relationships, actively seeking new business through outbound sales and cold calls, and selling the Company's Core 4 Product Categories: Insulation, Roofing, Gypsum (Drywall), and Siding. The specialist will also develop and implement strategic growth strategies to manage customer accounts, utilize product knowledge and market awareness to effectively represent the Company’s products and services, and acquire knowledge of market conditions and the competitive landscape to aid in negotiations. Key customer-facing activities include sales quoting, managing orders, and order confirmations. The role also involves educating and advising customers on market trends and challenges to become a trusted advisor, and daily interaction with the sales team to strategize on growing market share. Weekly sales reports are also required.
