The Inside Sales Specialist supports the Automation Solutions business by managing sales opportunities, customer inquiries, and lead development through virtual channels. This role partners closely with Outside Sales, Application Engineering, and internal teams to deliver quotations, manage opportunities in CRM, and drive revenue growth while improving customer satisfaction. This position plays a critical role in pipeline development, opportunity execution, and customer engagement, serving as a primary point of contact for assigned customers, partners, and incoming leads.
