The Role: Fuel Your Competitive Spirit This is a high-activity, phone-based "hunter" role. If you thrive on "smiling and dialing" and love the rush of closing a deal, you’ll fit right in. You aren't just an order taker you are a consultant and a closer. Spend the majority of your day driving outbound calls to prospects and existing accounts. Build a book of business by touching base with every customer at least once a month. Provide professional quotes, handling every aspect of the customer’s request from pitch to follow-up. Collaborate with field sales teams to maximize gross profit and dominate your territory. Thrive on hitting metrics related to sales growth, gross margin, phone productivity, and new account generation. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of sales, customer service, retail, or call center experience
  • You are comfortable being on the phone for the majority of the day and have the resilience to handle high-volume outreach.
  • You are persuasive, professional, and organized.
  • You are motivated by hitting targets and seeing the direct result of your work in your paycheck.
