About The Position

Guerra Wealth Advisors is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to engage warm leads and schedule appointments for their financial advisors. This role is ideal for professionals with 1-3 years of sales or client-facing experience who are ambitious, goal-oriented, and looking to advance into an advisory role. The specialist will focus on relationship-building, qualifying leads, and contributing directly to the firm's growth, with a clear path to becoming a financial advisor.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or appointment setting
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Financial experience and certifications/licenses a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow into an advisor role

Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective clients and schedule advisor meetings
  • Collect financial information and assess needs
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to drive conversions
  • Keep CRM records updated and accurate
  • Collaborate with advisory and administrative teams
  • Represent Guerra professionally at events
  • Assist with team projects and administrative tasks
  • Continue learning to enhance financial knowledge and sales skills
