About The Position
The Inside Sales Representative supports dealers, branches, and customers with product specifications, pricing, and delivery. The role also processes amendment and special feature requests and provides major account support as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or six years of equivalent experience.
- Computer skills are required.
Nice To Haves
- One or two years of experience in a customer service environment.
- Strong product knowledge.
- A good working knowledge of BaaN, Mapper, and Lotus Notes.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to dealers, branches, and customers regarding product specification, pricing, and delivery.
- Process amendment requests through Production and Engineering as required.
- Process special feature requests.
- Provide major account support as assigned.
