Requirements
- Experience in sales, customer service, electrical distribution, construction, industrial supply, or a related field
- Effective communication and critical thinking skills
- Positive, customer-focused attitude
- Comfortable using computers and business systems
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of electrical products is an asset
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and by email
- Assist customers with product selection and technical solutions
- Prepare quotations and process orders
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Respond to pricing, product, and availability inquiries
- Recommend alternative and complementary products
- Help drive branch sales growth through excellent service
