Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role, preferably in the medical technology, software, or healthcare industry.
  • A desire to learn and develop sales skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving team goals and supporting colleagues.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may substitute for education.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Comprehensive training in respiratory diagnostic products and Healthcare installation standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support the growth of US Respiratory Diagnostic Solutions sales of Vitalograph and 3rd party products, services, and solutions.
  • Upsell Vitalograph and 3rd party products, services, and solutions, actively seeking and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Generate, send, and follow up on quotations while supporting deal progression through close.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representative for further development and closure where applicable.
  • Respond to incoming inquiries from potential and existing customers, and distributors providing information about our products and services, and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Provide responsive, solutions-oriented sales support by coordinating product information, required documentation, and cross-functional resources.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, Customers and Distributors, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Work closely with marketing and field sales teams to coordinate promotional activities, lead generation efforts, and customer outreach.
  • Prepare and present regular sales activity reports to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
