About The Position

The Atlanta Falcons Inside Sales program is an entry-level ticket sales position intended to develop the foundation and skillset for a career in ticket sales within the sports business industry. The representative primarily sells personal seat licenses (PSLs) and season tickets for the Atlanta Falcons at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The role is seasonal from January 2027 through September 2027 and is based onsite at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in downtown Atlanta. The ideal candidate is coachable, goal-oriented, highly motivated, and self-starting, with a genuine desire to develop and pursue a sales career.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed before January 2027.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage a large volume of prospects.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an optimistic, team-first attitude, with a competitive desire to excel.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with active listening skills.
• Confidence, knowledge, and experience to perform at a high level each day.
• Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

• One year of prior sports industry or equivalent sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Previous working experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Ticketmaster Archtics.

Responsibilities

• Sell PSLs and season tickets to various lead campaigns while maintaining records of potential sales prospects in the CRM database.
• Set and conduct virtual and in-person appointments with leads in the pipeline to move prospects through the sales cycle.
• Educate prospective buyers about available price points, seating locations, and associated member benefits to secure new business and drive revenue.
• Meet and exceed daily productivity metrics, including 80 or more outbound calls and more than one hour of talk time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
