About The Position

Inside Sales Representatives in Power Systems play a key role in supporting both customers and outside sales teams—helping deliver solutions that keep critical systems running. You’ll gain hands-on experience, learn the business, and build a strong foundation for long-term growth within one of the fastest-growing areas of our company. This role involves assisting customers and sales teams with parts, service, and equipment solutions, ensuring accurate and timely responses to customer needs, and playing a key role in keeping projects and operations moving. You will also develop sales, communication, and problem-solving skills while gaining exposure to a growing and evolving industry. The position requires working closely with outside sales, service, and parts teams, acting as a key link between customers and internal departments, and learning from experienced professionals across the organization. The day-to-day tasks involve balancing customer interaction, order processing, and sales support, with no repetitive tasks and new challenges each day. Responsibilities

  • Assist with customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Support outside sales representatives with quotes, orders, and follow-up
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Process orders, track status, and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activity
  • Coordinate with service, parts, and operations teams
  • Prepare and follow up on sales leads and opportunities
  • Participate in ongoing training and development
  • Provide a high level of responsiveness and professionalism
