Call Center Representative
About The Position
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will complete inbound and outbound calls with the goal of scheduling appointments for our In-Home Sales Representatives. You will speak with customers who recently had a project consultation but were unable to move forward at that time, calling them back to set up a second, faster consultation. You will also make outbound calls to customers interested in the products West Shore Home has to offer, and receive inbound calls from customers, following up on inquiries. No cold calling is involved. You will be expected to meet and exceed daily and monthly targets, attend daily meetings with your team and department leadership to discuss metrics and priorities, and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in Salesforce.
Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, friendly, and persuasive.
- Sales-Driven Mindset: You’re motivated by goals and take pride in reaching them.
- Ability to Handle Rejection Positively: You see “no” as an opportunity to improve.
- Previous Call Center or Sales Experience: Preferred but not required.
