About The Position

Superior Propane is seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative with a hunter mentality to join their growing team. This is a high-impact sales role focused on converting inbound leads and phone calls into new customers. The position requires owning the sales process from start to finish, qualifying leads, positioning energy solutions, closing deals, and managing a sales pipeline using CRM tools. The ideal candidate is competitive, resilient, tech-savvy, and possesses strong communication and organizational skills. Bilingual Spanish/English is a requirement, as is English proficiency to support customers across Canada and the U.S. The role emphasizes achieving sales targets and maintaining a healthy pipeline with strong conversion rates.

Responsibilities

  • Own the sales process from start to finish
  • Take inbound phone calls and digital leads and convert them into new customers
  • Qualify quickly, uncover needs, and position the right energy solution with confidence
  • Drive results by consistently closing deals and exceeding sales targets
  • Take full ownership of your pipeline—follow up, nurture, and move opportunities forward
  • Use CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage activity, track progress, and stay organized
  • Balance speed and quality—act with urgency while delivering a strong customer experience
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer journey
