About The Position

ENCON Equipment is hiring a full-time, in-branch Inside Sales Representative for its Jeffersonville, Indiana branch serving the Louisville market. The representative works on-site each day, assisting customers by phone and in person, preparing quotes, coordinating rentals, following up on sales opportunities, and helping grow branch sales. Equipment knowledge is not required on day one; ENCON provides training. The role is suited to someone who communicates well, stays organized in a busy environment, takes ownership, and is comfortable asking customers for their business.

Requirements

Communicate well and be comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

Work on-site at the Jeffersonville, Indiana branch each day.
Handle inbound sales calls and assist walk-in customers.
Help customers select appropriate equipment for their jobs.
Prepare quotes, reservations, and rental contracts.
Follow up on open quotes and work to convert them into rentals.
Make outbound calls to previous, inactive, and prospective customers.
Identify opportunities to rent additional equipment or attachments.
Build relationships with contractors, businesses, and crews throughout the Louisville market.
Coordinate with dispatch, service, and operations to keep rentals moving.
Maintain accurate customer, rental, and inventory information.
Track customer activity and opportunities in the CRM.
Help grow branch revenue and encourage repeat business.
