About The Position

Sila Services is hiring experienced Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is a fully remote, part-time phone sales position focused on selling monthly and annual Sila Services home service memberships to existing customers and warm leads. No cold calling. You'll receive a guaranteed hourly rate plus uncapped commission, including the opportunity to build recurring commission through monthly membership sales.

Requirements

• Previous phone sales experience is required
• CRM experience is required
• Strong phone presence and ability to close sales
• Comfortable handling objections and asking for the sale
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and able to work successfully from home
• Reliable internet and a professional remote workspace
• Must be available Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–7:00 PM MDT
• Must live in the Provo or Salt Lake City, Utah area

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing customers and warm leads
• Sell monthly and annual Sila Services memberships
• Explain membership benefits and value
• Build rapport, overcome objections and close sales
• Follow up quickly and consistently with sales opportunities
• Schedule free in-home sales consultations when appropriate
• Document calls, sales and follow-up activity in our CRM
• Meet individual sales and membership goals
