About The Position

Ace Hardware Home Services is building a best-in-class team focused on Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical (PHCE) services—and we’re looking for someone who understands this industry and knows how to turn opportunities into revenue. This is not a call center role. This is a sales-driven position partnering directly with field technicians to close real jobs and grow business.

Requirements

Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services (REQUIRED)
Background in sales, dispatch, service advising, or technician roles
Comfortable talking through repairs, replacements, and service options
Proven ability to follow up, stay organized, and close business
Strong phone presence + confidence talking to customers about pricing

ServiceTitan experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Follow up on open HVAC, plumbing, and electrical estimates to convert into booked work
Partner closely with technicians and field teams to move jobs forward
Turn inactive quotes into revenue through strong outbound follow-up
Build trust with homeowners while guiding them through service solutions
Overcome objections and close sales using a consultative approach
Manage pipeline activity and track progress in CRM (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
