Phillips Home Improvements is seeking an energetic, results-oriented, and fast-paced Appointment Setter to join their growing team. The company has been in business for 29 years in North Texas and is looking for individuals who are driven by results, thrive on challenge, are confident with scripting, work with urgency, possess a great attitude, and have a warm phone voice. The role involves making calls, generating leads, and maintaining appointment schedules to maximize lead quality and minimize cancellation rates, all while providing World Class Service.

Requirements

2+ years of Call Center Experience
Excellent Phone Skills
Ability to follow and champion a script with ease
Internally motivated to hit key metrics
Ability to WOW customers
Works with a sense of urgency
High school graduate
Must pass background and drug test
Must wear a uniform and exhibit professional presence every day
Dependable transportation, attendance and punctuality

Nice To Haves

Making calls
