About The Position

Inside Sales Rep I with Trademark Metals Recycling LLC in Jacksonville, Florida. The role involves developing new customers and maintaining and growing existing customer relationships. Average annual earnings are stated as $67,000, including hourly base pay, weekly overtime opportunities, and bonuses. Employment is contingent on passing a pre-employment drug screening, including urine and hair follicle testing, and a background check.

Requirements

At least 2 years of sales, retail, or customer service experience, or a bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
Proven ability to develop new customers and maintain and grow existing relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with comfort communicating by phone and in person.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, and ability to learn in-house systems.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet critical deadlines.
Flexibility to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Comfort working in an industrial environment with some outdoor exposure in all weather conditions.
Must pass a hair drug test and background check; employment is also contingent on urine drug screening.
