About The Position

The Inside Sales Rep I works for Trademark Metals Recycling LLC in Jacksonville, Florida. Average annual earnings are $67,000, including hourly base pay, weekly overtime opportunities, and bonuses. The role involves developing new customers and maintaining and growing existing customer relationships. It requires regular travel to Ocala and Gainesville, Florida, and flexibility to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Requirements

At least 2 years of sales, retail, or customer service experience, or a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
Ability to develop new customers and maintain and grow existing relationships.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including comfort communicating by phone and in person.
Organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, and ability to learn in-house systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines.
Flexibility to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Comfort working in an industrial environment with some outdoor exposure in all weather conditions.
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening, including urine and hair follicle testing.
Weekly travel to Ocala and Gainesville, Florida.
