The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for specifying actions necessary for customer segments growth, maintenance, or exit. This role involves assisting in the identification, development, and evaluation of marketing strategy, initiating customer campaigns, and assessing market potential. The Inside Sales Manager will also confer with department heads and potential customers, discuss pricing, direct sales activities, monitor customer preferences, represent the company at trade associations, resolve customer complaints, and review operational records to project sales and profitability. This position directly supervises employees and oversees staff, carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws, including hiring, training, performance appraisal, and conflict resolution.
