About The Position

This summer internship at Carrier is designed to provide hands-on exposure to sales processes, business operations, and cross-functional collaboration within a Carrier-owned company. The intern will rotate through departments while supporting sales efforts, gaining a broad understanding of how the business operates and developing or sharpening sales skills while applying technical knowledge.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in any engineering field.
• GPA of at least 3.0.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through and support Automated Logic Contracting Services departments, including Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Service.
• Conduct job site surveys and assist with estimates and plan and specification reviews.
• Deliver customer presentations.
• Learn about HVAC controls and the contractor industry.
• Develop customer-facing skills.
