About The Position

Schneider is seeking an Inside Sales Intern in Dallas, Texas, to support its sales team. The intern will gain an understanding of transportation, sales, and customer service through training opportunities and hands-on work assignments. The role is for Summer 2027 and requires the ability to work full-time over the summer.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a college or university.
• Working toward a bachelor’s degree.
• Able to work full-time over the summer.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Schneider’s sales process.
• Prospect and cold call new customers to build a book of business.
• Educate customers on using Schneider’s digital tools to improve their business needs.
• Focus on business growth opportunities to meet sales goals.
