About The Position

CHG Healthcare is a leading healthcare staffing firm that invented the locum tenens staffing model. We connect healthcare providers with patients who need their care, and our industry is experiencing significant growth. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) via phone, understanding their career aspirations, and matching them with suitable healthcare facilities. This role requires autonomy, adaptability to an innovative business model, and a strong sense of GRIT. Engaging with the Raleigh-based sales team in person at least twice a week is crucial for building relationships, receiving coaching, and utilizing on-site resources. This position follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring office presence in Raleigh, NC, at least twice weekly, with remote work for the remaining days to facilitate collaboration.

Requirements

  • Recruiting experience with a strong hunter mentality and proven ability to build and grow a book of business.
  • Confident communicator with persuasive written and verbal skills, comfortable with cold calling and influencing decisions at all levels.
  • Self-motivated go-getter with grit, the ability to meet individual KPIs, and leadership ambitions.
  • Ability to commute to our Raleigh, NC office at least twice per week.
  • College level education or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing CRNAs.
  • Source healthcare provider names, contact information, and generate call lists.
  • Make outbound phone calls to providers to develop prospective business by building relationships and persuading them to consider new career opportunities.
  • Screen, qualify, and determine the viability of providers, then match them with appropriate opportunities based on their needs and wants.
  • Build an active pipeline and continually identify and develop new healthcare provider prospects.
  • Sell and negotiate throughout the recruitment process, acting as a subject matter expert with a consultative approach to providers.
  • Generate revenue by filling temporary needs of client facilities with contract CRNA staff.
  • Meet and exceed production goals throughout a consultative sales cycle.
