About The Position

On behalf of a leading regional hospital system, we are seeking a High-Volume Healthcare Recruiter to join their Georgia-based team. This is a critical role that directly impacts patient care by ensuring nursing units are fully staffed with qualified talent. As the primary recruitment partner for three hospitals, you will collaborate closely with nursing leaders to manage a high-volume pipeline for essential roles such as Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) and CNAs. We are looking for a recruiter who is highly organized, adaptable, and ready to build strong, face-to-face relationships with hiring managers.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of Recruiting or HR experience.
  • Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of equivalent professional experience.
  • Must live within a 2-hour drive of the Rome/Calhoun/Chatsworth area to support quarterly (or occasionally monthly) onsite facility visits and community events.
  • Ability to travel to Orlando, FL, for a fully reimbursed onsite orientation during the first week of the assignment.
  • Strong organizational skills, a "critical thinker" mindset, and a warm, professional communication style.

  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume positions, ensuring a steady flow of candidates to meet newly expanded nurse-to-patient ratios.
  • Act as a consultant to hiring managers, reviewing attrition rates and retirement plans to stay ahead of staffing vacancies.
  • Screen and interview candidates using behavioral-based techniques to ensure they meet the system's high standards and core competencies.
  • Negotiate and extend job offers, including sign-on bonuses and relocation agreements, while acting as a subject matter expert on benefits and facility policies.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday/PeopleSoft), CRMs, and AI tools to maintain an efficient and documented recruitment process.
