  • Comfort with high outbound activity and fast follow-up.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a busy pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive, high-volume outreach across ATS, job boards, social media, and creative sourcing channels.
  • Drive daily candidate engagement through outbound calling, texting, and virtual interviews.
  • Move candidates through the hiring funnel with speed, urgency, and ownership.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Safe Haven’s culture and values.
  • Analyze assessments and provide clear, actionable scorecards to hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting metrics, activity tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs tied to activity, speed, and hires.
  • Serve as a culture ambassador, inspiring candidates to join the Safe Haven team.
