About The Position

ION Solar is a rapidly expanding, full-service residential solar company with a strong nationwide presence, committed to making solar energy accessible and affordable for homeowners across the country. ION Solar is seeking a Sales Recruiter to support its hiring efforts through Indeed and other recruiting platforms. This role is responsible for contacting and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and guiding applicants through the hiring process from initial application to onboarding.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or related fields
Strong phone presence with excellent verbal communication skills
Proven experience conducting candidate screenings and scheduling interviews
Familiarity with Indeed Sponsored Jobs and recruiting dashboards
Experience using CRM or applicant tracking systems
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Adaptability and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

Experience managing job boards or PPC recruitment platforms preferred
Ability to analyze recruiting data and adjust sourcing strategies
Sales experience preferred
Solar industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

Contact and screen candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and interest
Schedule interviews and coordinate next steps with sales leadership
Manage candidates through the recruiting pipeline in a timely and organized manner
Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and priorities
Maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking and CRM systems
