About The Position

The Global Talent Acquisition team partners closely with Sales leadership to attract, engage, and hire high impact sales talent that drives TransUnion’s growth strategy. This team plays a critical role in ensuring we build diverse, high performing commercial teams that support TransUnion’s mission to make trust possible across the enterprise. This role exists to independently deliver end‑to‑end recruiting support for Sales roles while serving as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders, with minimal oversight.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full‑cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience, with demonstrated ability to operate autonomously on complex, business‑critical searches and consistently deliver results
  • Proven success recruiting sales professionals, including building deep understanding of sales roles, competencies, and hiring dynamics within niche or competitive markets
  • Demonstrated ability to build industry knowledge and develop subject‑matter expertise (SME) in specific talent segments or niche recruiting areas to effectively advise stakeholders and influence hiring outcomes
  • Advanced passive sourcing expertise, including market mapping, Boolean search design, and compelling outreach strategies informed by industry and role‑specific insights
  • Experience advising and influencing Hiring Managers and Senior Leaders, drawing on industry knowledge and recruiting expertise to shape hiring approach and decisions
  • Experience with sales commission and compensation structure
  • Data‑driven recruiting experience, using insights and metrics to independently diagnose challenges, inform strategy, and improve hiring outcomes
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting platforms used to manage requisitions, candidates, and hiring workflows
  • Ability to design and execute Boolean search strings across sourcing tools and platforms
  • Comfort leveraging recruiting data and dashboards to assess pipeline progress and hiring outcomes
  • Experience leveraging AI‑enabled tools to enhance recruiting tasks, sourcing efforts, and market research.

Responsibilities

  • Independently partner with Sales Leaders across TransUnion to identify, engage, assess, and hire top sales talent, operating with a high degree of autonomy
  • Autonomously manage full‑cycle recruiting for Sales roles, from job intake through offer, ensuring timely, high‑quality hiring outcomes with limited direction
  • Proactively develop and execute sourcing strategies, including market research, Boolean search design, and targeted outreach, without requiring close supervision
  • Serve as a consultative advisor to Hiring Managers and Senior Leaders, independently guiding hiring strategy, candidate evaluation, and decision‑making
  • Design and implement forward‑thinking recruitment strategies aligned to enterprise‑wide talent and business goals
  • Independently leverage recruiting data and insights to drive informed conversations with business leaders on pipeline health and hiring progress
  • Own and maintain a transparent, consistent, and positive candidate experience through disciplined communication and process rigor
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices across every search
