About The Position
Our Pittsburgh office, located in Cranberry, Pennsylvania, is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Engineer for the Engraving Solutions business, which includes the Brady and Gravotech brands. The role focuses on achieving positive sales opportunities with new and existing accounts through professional and effective communication with potential and established customers to maintain and grow revenue. This is an on-site position at the Cranberry, Pennsylvania office.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate new business prospects with potential and current customers through strategic phone and email engagement.
- Evaluate customer requirements and propose tailored solutions and products to suit their needs.
- Support Territory Managers in managing key accounts.
- Coordinate with Customer Service to submit sales orders and report quality concerns, ensuring documentation is comprehensive and accurate for processing.
- Oversee multiple opportunities at different stages of the sales cycle on an ongoing basis.
