Where you’ll be: This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model(Relocation Required Upon Program Completion.) All About the Role: As an Inside Sales Development Representative reporting to the Region Manager, and a key member of the Sales Development Program, you’ll be responsible for driving B2B sales growth and developing your assigned region. You’ll identify and qualify new business opportunities, manage and expand existing retail accounts, and leverage data-driven insights to strengthen relationships and increase profitability. This role offers structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience designed to prepare you for a successful sales career at Electrolux. Based in our Charlotte, NC office, the program includes both on-site and in-field learning opportunities. Candidates must be open to relocation upon program completion (typically 12–24 months), depending on future sales role availability and business needs.
