About The Position
Inside Sales Representative 📍 Kissimmee, FL 34758 | On-site 🕒 Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Build relationships. Drive sales. Grow your career. Honor Foods is looking for an energetic and customer focused Inside Sales Representative to support our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers and internal teams to manage orders, support accounts, solve problems, and help drive sales growth. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, relationship building, and being part of a collaborative team — we’d love to hear from you.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of inside sales, customer service, or account support experience
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Nice To Haves
- Foodservice or food distribution experience is a plus
- Experience with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables preferred
- Organized, team-oriented, and customer-focused
Responsibilities
- Support customers and the Outside Sales team with orders, pricing, and account needs
- Build relationships with current and prospective customers
- Process orders and manage customer information accurately
- Communicate inventory updates and recommend substitute products when needed
- Help resolve delivery, shipment, and customer service issues
- Work closely with sales, purchasing, warehouse, and delivery teams
- Assist with reports, quotes, and sales support activities
