Position Summary As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll drive growth by winning new dealer accounts, strengthening existing relationships, and delivering standout service. You'll be the voice of Lobel Financial in the market-promoting our products, identifying opportunities, and helping dealers succeed. The ideal candidate is proactive, polished, detail-oriented, and motivated by results.

Requirements

  • Sales experience in the auto industry preferred
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong time management, organization, and follow-through
  • Confident negotiation and networking skills
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Ability to understand and respond to dealer needs and inquiries

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and win new business in assigned local markets
  • Generate leads through cold outreach to new and used car dealerships
  • Grow and support existing dealer accounts across local and regional territories
  • Build and manage a daily outreach plan to maximize sales opportunities
  • Respond quickly and professionally to dealer questions, concerns, and issues
  • Train dealers on Lobel Financial products, services, and online portal tools
  • Stay current on market trends and product updates to deliver valuable insights
  • Meet or exceed sales goals consistently
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team success
