About The Position

Join our award-winning company and culture as an Inside Sales Specialist for our Fasteners Plus brand and play a key role in driving growth through customer-focused selling, business acumen, and strategic problem solving. The way we do inside sales at Clickstop is different from what you may think about traditional inside sales. You are the primary owner of inbound customer calls and would collaborate daily with Customer Service and Business Development teams to holistically meet customer needs. This role offers a growth path towards a Business Development Consultant role. Gaining foundational skills and knowledge that you will utilize with our Fasteners Plus customers as their key resource is essential. As Employee Owners, when Clickstop wins, we win! As a result of the team mentality at Clickstop, we do not have a commission structure in place for our sales roles.

Requirements

  • Employee has been employed with Clickstop for at least 6 months.
  • Employee is Engaged.
  • Employee is meeting the expectations of their current role.
  • Employee is in good standing as defined by not currently under formal discipline and has not received formal discipline in the prior 90 days.
  • Employee and their current manager have discussed the opportunity prior to applying.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Residence must be in one of the following states for remote work: Iowa, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, or Florida.
  • Internet speeds of 20 mbps are required for remote work.

  • Partner cross-functionally to support seamless customer experiences while identifying opportunities to improve sales processes and customer outcomes.
