Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative
About The Position

The day-to-day includes a mix of customer calls, showroom conversations, quotes, orders, pickups, and problem-solving.
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer service, inside sales, order entry, or retail sales
- Customer-facing experience
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems preferred
Nice To Haves
- Building materials or construction experience is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and provide knowledgeable support with product questions, quotes, orders, warranties, and other service needs.
- Assist contractors and homeowners visiting the showroom by explaining product options, helping with selections, and preparing quotes or orders as needed.
- Respond to customer emails promptly, handling quote requests, warranty needs, order placements, and other inquiries as you build relationships with your customer base.
- Prepare accurate quotes and orders while working toward Premiere's standard of completing customer quotes within one business day.
- Resolve customer issues by taking ownership, tracking down missing products, coordinating warranty-related reorders, and following through until needs are addressed.
- Support contractor pickups throughout the day by preparing paperwork, obtaining signatures, and helping customers get back on the road efficiently.
- Maintain showroom samples by assisting with reordering and stocking so customers have the resources they need when making product selections.
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and delivery team members to provide customers with one consistent, responsive Premiere experience.
