We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Coordinator to join our Idaho Falls team. The Inside Sales Coordinator is a key member of our sales team responsible for maintaining customer relationships, supporting account managers, generating sales opportunities, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This position combines inside sales, customer service, account support, lead qualification, and business development in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, solving problems, communicating with customers, and contributing to company growth.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

  • Prior CRM experience
  • Inside sales experience
  • Experience in industrial sales, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or related industries
  • Experience with quoting, order entry, and customer account management

Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular communication with customers and account managers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist with troubleshooting issues
  • Develop relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities
  • Secure orders from current customers and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
  • Generate new business through outbound calls, research, and lead follow-up
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and route them appropriately
  • Prepare quotes, enter orders, and follow up on customer requests
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding products and order status
  • Promote new and existing product offerings
  • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and sales reports within CRM systems
  • Assist account managers with used pallet buyback programs
  • Support trade shows and company events as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
