The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing sales orders to ensure accurate information, determining processing requirements and lead times to provide customers with projected delivery dates, and managing orders until fulfillment. This role involves entering quotes into the internal ERP system with a high level of accuracy, making outbound calls to current and potential customers to increase sales activity, and reviewing data to maintain stock levels to support projected demand. The coordinator will also make recommendations for changes, coordinate the resolution of customer complaints by ensuring accurate issue capture, and monitor credits and progress, reporting on issues during weekly meetings. Additionally, the role includes updating and maintaining part specifications and supporting management and/or other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
